Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM- Borough Council Chambers.

SELLING REQUIREMENTS: 

All properties-including Modular homes require a non-lien letter $35.00 -  & Dye Test - $175.00 Modular Homes $100.00 required 2 weeks prior to closing.  Request forms can be found under Forms Tab.

Billing Policy

Effective June 1st 2017, all Rentals must be registered in the landlord's name - paid for by the Landlord or ACH withdrawal

1. Methods of payment - No longer accepting CASH PAYMENTS
   • Bank Check - Included account # and mailing address PO Box 57
   • Money Order
   • Check
   • A lock box is also available outside of the Borough Building for drop off.
   • ACH electronic transfer- (automatic from Checking or Savings Account) - due date of every month -withdrawal authorization under forms 
   • Pay online 24/7- Credit Card and checking - at www.neweaglesewage.com or scan QR code on bill 
   • NSF fee: $25.00 on all returned personal checks and Web Checks.  Payment amount and NSF fee $25 must be included in payment. Accepted form of payment- money order or online Credit Card only. Non-payment to the Magistrate. 

1.  Shut off procedures included on your monthly bill.

•   If past due payment is not received by date indicated: A $30.00 POSTING FEE will be applied.  You will then have 10 days to pay the balance and fee in full before service termination. No partial payments accepted.
• PAWC $30 shut off fee is applied upon water termination and a reconnect fee of $30 applied -Your account must be paid in full before water service is restored.
